Meet Kim Brokling

Early in my career, I unexpectedly became the go‑to tech support at a tiny company, which taught me both how much I could figure out on my own—and how much I didn’t know, especially around security. Experiencing the transformation that came when we finally brought in real IT support ultimately led me into the IT industry, where I now help businesses use technology to work smarter, stay secure, and achieve meaningful outcomes. Whether it’s rescuing teams from inefficient systems, reducing cybersecurity risks, guiding AI initiatives toward actual ROI, or helping organizations meet compliance standards, I focus on aligning technology with what people are truly trying to accomplish. Outside of IT, I’m deeply engaged in my community through public service, local boards, Rotary, my HOA, and spending quality time with my family.
