New Associate & Employee Purchase

Mytech will provide up to $200 toward your first purchase of Mytech branded apparel. Any amount that exceeds the $200 will follow our normal payment process outlined below. Any amount not used on your first purchase cannot be used toward future orders.

Under shipping method, please select the type of order (DO NOT SELECT ECONOMY OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING).

  • New Hire Purchase –There is no cost to the associate as long as they order the approved items listed under the New Associate Apparel Policy above.
  • Associate Purchase – Payroll deduction required.
  • Manager Approved Purchase – Your manager will be contacted to confirm and approve this purchase.

New Hire Purchase, Associate Purchase, & Manager Approved Purchase apparel orders will individually be produced and shipped directly to the employee, upon being ordered.  All orders will ship the most economical method. Orders typically take 10-14 days to arrive.  

To avoid being charged in the webstore, enter MytechPurchase (just how it is displayed here) into the Discount Code, and click APPLY.  This should remove the cost of the item on the order.

Since your order should have no cost, under BILLING ADDRESS you can just select “SAME AS SHIPPING ADDRESS”, and then click COMPLETE ORDER

You will be responsible for paying for all or a portion of your apparel purchase if:

  • You are a new hire and exceed the dollar amount listed in the New Associate Policy above. You will only pay the portion exceeding the listed amount
  • Your annual refresh order exceeds the maximum allowance listed in the Annual Refresh Policy above. You will only pay the portion exceeding the listed amount
  • You are not a new hire and place an order, other than a manager approved order

Your payment amount will be reported to the Director of Finance & HR.  This amount will be deducted from payroll and appear on your next paycheck.

Please make sure you know your size and order correctly as there are no returns or exchanges for alternative sizes. Mytech does not maintain inventory of these items. 

Exceptions: If your clothing has a manufacturer defect, please speak with a member of the Marketing Team and we’ll work with the vendor to have this resolved.

Annual Refresh

In addition to your New Associate order, employees are eligible for one refresh clothing order per year. Each employee is alloted up to $200 to spend during this refresh period.

We have desiganated August as our Refresh Month. We take orders all month and run them in one large group – to drive down the cost because it’s such a large order. No Refresh Orders will be accepted outside of that time frame.

Please note:

  • If you were hired in the current calendar year, you are not eligible for a refresh untill next year.
    We encourage employees to pick business appropriate styles first before choosing the fun/culture specific items.
  • The intended purpose of these refresh is provided Mytech branded apparel to wear at work, at clients sites, etc.
