PER USER PRICING TRUE-UP POLICY

With Mytech Partner’s SmartBusiness™ Suite’s per -user pricing model, you get the flexibility needed to grow your business without the hassle of adjusting your invoice each time a personnel change is made. 

When does Mytech Partners conduct agreement true-ups?

Each quarter Mytech will evaluate each client’s user changes, and adjust their agreement accordingly.  The updated per-user price goes into effect on the first invoice of each quarter.  Keep in mind, invoices are for the following month of services.

Q1 True-Up  |  January’s Invoice (updated invoice will be sent first week of December)

Q2 True-Up  |  April’s Invoice (updated invoice will be sent first week of March)

Q3 True-Up  |  July’s Invoice (updated invoice will be sent first week of June)

Q4 True-Up  |  October Invoice (updated invoice will be sent first week of September)

 

QUESTION –>  IS THE USER COUNT SENT/STORED ANYWHERE FOR THE CLIENT?

QUESTION –> is there a certain percentage of an increase that would warrant a price adjustment before a True-Up???  20%? 

How does Mytech Partners calculate users?

Mytech Partners utilizes several tools to audit each clients changing user count.  Each quarter,  a user count report is run, and then authenticated against user login reports to ensure accuracy.  Once the final user count has been established, the information is given to the finance department to update the clients managed services agreement.

Terms & Conditions

  • SmartBusiness™ Suite Email Only users —> anything different?
  • Anything specific to clients who open a new branch, or do an aquisiion – when are those added to agreement?
  • Additional True-Ups will NOT be done on request.  
  • True-Up reports are run and authenticated approximatly 1 week prior to invoices being sent. 
  • Mytech Partners will not adjust usre counts outside of these true-up periods unless ____________________________
