Heidi Fessler, Innova Law Group

Heidi Fessler is a consultant and attorney with a wealth of experience in guiding clients through the complexities of cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance. She has been selected by many companies to lead their incident response teams when a cyber event or privacy breach has occurred. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of cybersecurity and privacy issues including incident response, data breach response, cyber-crime, and corporate compliance. Heidi has used her deep knowledge of privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance to advise clients in the sectors of technology, healthcare, medical device, retail, consumer products, and manufacturing.

Don Raleigh III, Evolve Systems

Don Raleigh III is the Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager for Evolve Systems. He has been a team member for nine years, leading the internal sales team in partner relationship management and identifying strategic revenue streams for clients.

Don takes a personalized and effective approach to communication, which has assisted him in organizing communities. He is a passionate connector and elevates Evolve’s partners while communicating the areas of opportunity that Evolve Systems brings to the deal-making table.

He is the team’s designated extrovert and loves building connections and relationships with others.

Stephen Cieslukowski, Brothers Fire & Security

President of Brothers Fire & Security since 2001, Steve graduated from Northfield High School, Northfield, MN, in 1980, and continued his education at the University of St Thomas, St Paul, MN where he graduated in 1985. He served as the Director of Sales at US Magnetix from 1999 to 2001 and Product Manager at MVE (Minnesota Valley Engineering) from 1990-1999. Steve was born Indianapolis, Indiana and currently resides in Eden Prairie, MN. He is married with two (grown) children ages 28 and 30, and is an active Golfer and Tennis player.

Corey Falls, Mytech Partners (Facilitator)

Corey Falls is a Business Technology Advisor with over 12 years of experience at Mytech Partners and more than 25 years in sales and consulting roles. A natural “connector” he excels in helping small and medium-sized businesses navigate their technical, productivity, and cybersecurity needs. Corey is deeply passionate about the nonprofit community, serving on the board of Avenues for Youth for the past 8 years and a proud member of the Edina Rotary Club. Outside of his professional life, Corey enjoys spending time at his cabin in Alexandria, MN, traveling, cooking, attending live music events, and nurturing his collection of Bonsai trees.
