Tim, co-owner and partner at Carlson Partners, drives the firm’s vision and growth strategy. With two decades of experience in real estate solutions, Tim excels in commercial real estate representation for industrial and office sectors, focusing on business development and strategy. He is known for his leadership and dedication to delivering high-quality service. Tim and his wife, Shelby, live in Afton, MN, with their children, Teddi and Knox. They enjoy summers at their lake home in Balsam Lake, WI. Tim is also passionate about hunting with his labs, Roy and Marty, and cooking with his Traeger.

Max Smith, Innovative

Max Smith is the Senior Director of Business Development at Innovative, where he helps companies navigate the complexities of furnishing and outfitting their workspace when moving or expanding. Specializing in commercial furniture, AV, and facility solutions, Max partners with businesses to create thoughtfully designed environments that enhance productivity and make employees excited to come into the office. With a passion for workplace design, Max has been in the industry since he was 15 years old, starting his journey at Innovative as a high school student and growing into a leader in the field.

Jeff Olson, ShareCom

Jeff Olson is the Principal at ShareCom Telecom & IT Advisor Services, a company dedicated to donating a minimum of 20% of yearly profits to local charities. With 35 years of experience in Telco Carrier and IT Services, Jeff has excelled in sales, management, and ownership. Most of his career has been spent on the Carrier “Indirect Partner” side, where he owned TelePro Communications, a large CenturyLink Indirect Partner, and sold it to Marco Company in 2014. His achievements have earned him over 15 Carrier Partner sales awards throughout his career. Jeff holds a degree in Business Marketing from UMD and an MBA in Management from St. Thomas. He has been married for 33 years and has three adult children.

Corey Falls, Mytech Partners (Facilitator)

Corey Falls is a Business Technology Advisor with over 12 years of experience at Mytech Partners and more than 25 years in sales and consulting roles. A natural “connector” he excels in helping small and medium-sized businesses navigate their technical, productivity, and cybersecurity needs. Corey is deeply passionate about the nonprofit community, serving on the board of Avenues for Youth for the past 8 years and a proud member of the Edina Rotary Club. Outside of his professional life, Corey enjoys spending time at his cabin in Alexandria, MN, traveling, cooking, attending live music events, and nurturing his collection of Bonsai trees.
