Transitioning to Mytech Partners Branding
As we officially say goodbye to the TopBox Solutions branding, we are excited to fully transition to Mytech Partners. Here’s what this means for you:
Support / Ticketing System Changes
As of November 4th, 2024, our support and ticketing portal will be rebranded and integrated with Mytech Partners. All open tickets will be assigned new Ticket IDs. You will receive an email with the new Ticket ID for each open ticket. Please use these new IDs for any updates by replying directly to the email. We’ll aim to close as many tickets as possible before the transition, but any ongoing issues will be managed using the new Ticket IDs.
Additionally, support requests should be emailed to support@mytech.com starting November 4th, 2024. For a limited time, we will redirect any emails sent to support@topbox.com to ensure no requests are missed during this transition.

Their San Antonio roots remain strong, and you will still be working with the same core staff you’ve all come to know, just under a different name. As part of this transition, there are a few key changes that will affect our operations:
Branding/Website Redirection:
As TopBox Solutions officially retires its branding, the company is excited to fully transition to Mytech Partners. Starting November 4th, 2024, the TopBox Solutions website will redirect to mytech.com. Please update your bookmarks. The new Mytech Partners website will provide access to events, hands-on labs, webinars, and training sessions.
Email and Support System Transition:
Starting November 4th, 2024, all TopBox team members will use @mytech.com email addresses. Future communications, including tickets and support responses, will come from these new addresses, so please update your records. Spam filter policies will be adjusted to ensure you receive these emails. For a limited time, emails sent to @topbox.com will be monitored and redirected to ensure nothing is missed, but please begin using the new @mytech.com addresses for all future communications.
On the same date, our support and ticketing system will fully transition to Mytech Partners. All open tickets will receive new Ticket IDs, which you will be notified about via email. Please send all future support requests to support@mytech.com, with support@topbox.com temporarily redirecting to the new address during the transition.
