This Teams & Microsoft 365 Power User Group session will explore how to leverage Guest Access to extend your organizational collaboration to external stakeholders. Many organizations have external vendors, clients, committees, or boards that need access to internal information, so developing an effective process for communication and collaboration within Teams and SharePoint is crucial. We will cover some of the different capabilities you may choose to enable (or disable) in your Microsoft 365 Tenant, such as:
- Guest Access to Teams and associated Sites
- Non-Teams/Native SharePoint Sites and Guest Access
- OneDrive Sharing with Guests
- Security & Permissions for Internal & External access
This session will deliver one hour of content and will be open for live Q&A afterwards. We also record and post the recordings to our Power User Group resource page so you can check out other sessions or review content at your convenience. Our next session will dive deeper into the security and controls that exist in Azure Active Directory (which is different than the traditional Active Directory)
