Managers | Hold Your Team Virtually Accountable in Microsoft O365

As a manager, supervisor, or anyone that has staff reporting to them - holding your team accountable can be a challenge.  It’s even harder now that many, if not all, of your staff are remote?  In this session we will demonstrate tools such as Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Planner and show you how to:   

  • Assign and review progress of your team’s to-do’s/action items 
  • Assign process steps and due dates 
  • Collaborate and coach through an issue/discussion list to Identify, Discuss, and Solve (IDS).
