Your video will be stored out of harm's way at our secure location and the archive status monitored daily. Should a camera stop archiving, our Video Network Operations Center (VNOC) technical support team will quickly notify an authorized person and work with that person to resolve the issue. You will be notified of any scheduled maintenance. This service is included in the monthly subscrition fee.
