Jump Start – One day workshop tailored to quickly assess your current environment and plan, identify your top business process and IT resource, and develop a simple plan, so you know how to react if a disaster were to occur tomorrow.

Fast Plan – Four to six week consulting engagement to assess vulnerabilities and create a plan for an effective business continuity program. The Fast Plan serves to introduce BCP, codify the planning process, and meet the regulatory requirements of FINRA\SEC, Sarbanes-Oxley, Basel II and other relevant standards. The Fast Plan is available at two levels of scope:

IT Systems (only) – includes IT Resource and Process Recovery plans

Enterprise – includes IT Resource and Process Recovery plans as well as:

• Emergency Procedures
• Crisis Communications
• Business Process Recovery

Fast Plan - IT – Four to six week consulting engagement tailored to the needs of a growing IT Operations team. Following a series of targeted interviews, we conduct streamlined Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Process Recovery (BPR). Deliverables include drafts of an IT DR Incident Plan, an IT DR Roadmap, among others.

Exercise and Expand – Four to six week consulting engagement that includes impact analysis, recovery plans for business processes and IT operations, and testing to ensure your business continuity plan will work when you need it most.

Roadmap Support – Structured year-long engagement to provide additional tactical coordination and execution of your company’s business continuity plan, exercises and testing produced by the Fast Plan engagement. We provide on-call expertise and scheduled support from our world class consulting team.
